Women IN Chemistry (WINC) is an informal group of women who are working, have worked or are hoping to work in areas related to chemistry.
We are affiliated as a sub-committee of the Victorian Branch of the RACI, although membership of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) is not required for participation in WINC activities.
There are no formalities attached to membership of the network. Current members range in age and experience through students at university, school teachers, technicians, senior women in university and industrial research to unemployed or retired women.
